Emanuel Aguiar

Emanuel Aguiar is a contemporary Madeiran painter. He has developed a highly singular type of painting ranging from Lyrical Abstractionism to Surrealism. Aguiar's art is a critique of global society. He was born in 1959, in Portugal, where he graduated from the National Academy of Design School of Fine Arts.
